Interviews with staff

As you proceed to explore House of Fraser, you will find members of staff that you can click on in order to listen to an interview. A list of questions (many over 20) can be selected in order to hear individual responses from the chosen member of staff. Students can listen to real store employees talk about their work, career and the store.

Each question can be selected individually – a student doesn’t have to listen to all the answers and can listen to one answer over and over again. Help students to practice ‘listening’ skills and help them think about what questions they might ask when they visit a workplace or go out on work experience.
